Brett Peterson is a Community Outreach Representative at The Recovery Village at Palmer Lake, Colorado. Brett has many years of experience in the fields of addiction, recovery and behavioral health. Brett holds an MBA from the prestigious Keller Graduate School of Management and was a volunteer with the United States Marine Corps from 2007 to 2008.
Brett draws heavily on his past experience in admissions and placements for his role here at The Recovery Village. His responsibilities include ensuring individuals looking for treatment are educated and placed in the appropriate treatment programs. In addition, he works to educate people in the community on the services provided at The Recovery Village Palmer Lake, and establishes relationships within the community to build rapport and assist in referral placement.
About his background Brett says, “I have dedicated my career to getting individuals the help they need through providing the information necessary for informed decisions and placement in treatment. I believe deeply in individuals getting not just treatment, but the best treatment an organization can provide.”
To date, Brett’s greatest career achievement has been helping hundreds of military personnel and veterans across the United States find treatment as part of his role as National Military Liaison for a behavioral health system.
