Jess Norwood was born and raised in Colorado. She attended college locally at University Southern Colorado. Jess has worked in the addiction/ mental health industry for the last four years and believes that her personal recovery is an asset to her everyday interactions with others. She believes that addiction not only effects the individual, but truly has an impact on the whole family unit. She tries to involve the family in as much as possible and when appropriate.
When she’s not working, Jess spends her time on her farm in Franktown with her husband and 3 kids. She has a rescue mini donkey along with chickens, goats, turkeys, alpacas and many more rescue animals! Jess hopes to continue to share her story and help change the negative stigma surrounding addiction and mental health.
