Nancy Zimmerman

Nancy Zimmerman is the Community Outreach Specialist for the IAFF Center of Excellence. She works at the admissions office, reaching out to local departments throughout the country in collaboration with the IAFF Community Outreach Team, building awareness of the center and connecting those that may need help with available resources. Nancy has worked in business development, advertising and sales for 20+ years. She brings her strong professional skills and love for people to the IAFF Center of Excellence. In recovery herself for the past 18 years, Nancy has compassion and understanding for those that struggle with addiction and her passion is to make a difference in people’s lives, whether at work, home or community. Nancy enjoys daily exercise, biking, outdoors, movies, photography, family and friends.
