Jonathan Eisenberg oversees acquisitions, development and marketing for ARS. Prior to joining ARS in April 2014, Jonathan worked in Credit Suisse's Mergers and Acquisitions departments across a wide range of industries including healthcare, technology and consumer / retail. Representative transactions included Neiman Marcus' sale from TPG and Warburg Pincus to Ares Capital for ~$6 billion, Inhibitex's sale to Bristol Myers Squibb for ~$2.5 billion, Coastal Energy's sale to CEPSA for ~$2.2 billion and Beam's sale to Suntory for ~$16 billion. He also has prior experience working at Skadden, Arps and in the Southern District of New York. Jonathan graduated from New York University with a dual degree in law and business. Prior to graduate school, he helped to develop the operations department for Sheridan Healthcare, the nation/s largest anesthesia practice management company, a subsidiary of Amsurg Corp.
