The kitchen staff and food is great. However, there should be a performance/behavior system for the privileges that are attached to the levels of care. Additional privileges should be performance or behavior based, not based on insurance or capacity. Also, the therapist are slammed, they should not be running groups. Thankfully Sharon is dedicated to her job and stays late to take care of her clients.
