HannahHannah ★★★★★ Fantastic helpBrandon MasonBrandon Mason ★★★★★ Recovery Village at Palmer Lake truly changed my life in ways I didn’t think were possible. From the moment I arrived, I was met with compassion instead of judgment. The staff—therapists, nurses, techs, and support team—genuinely care about each person who walks through those doors. They don’t just treat addiction; they treat the whole person. The setting itself is peaceful and grounding. Being surrounded by the beauty of Palmer Lake and the mountains creates space to breathe, reflect, and heal. It’s hard to explain how much that environment adds to the recovery process, but it makes a difference. The clinical team is knowledgeable and professional, offering structured therapy, group sessions, and individualized treatment plans that actually address the root causes of addiction. I felt heard in my one-on-one sessions and supported in group therapy by both staff and peers. They create an atmosphere where vulnerability feels safe. What stood out most to me was the sense of community. Recovery can feel isolating, but at Palmer Lake, I found connection, accountability, and hope. The alumni support and aftercare planning also helped me feel prepared for life after treatment instead of just being sent back into the world. If you or someone you love is struggling, Recovery Village at Palmer Lake is a place where healing truly begins. It’s not just a treatment center—it’s a foundation for a new life.Dan ZareckyDan Zarecky ★★★★★ Amazing admission process..! Evidenced based curriculum is well thought out. I would highly recommend Palmer Lake Recovery.A huge shoutout to all the BHTs that took care of me and helped when needed. Tim, Dan, Melissa, Karen, Ronnie, and more. Most of the therapists have their own recovery story which lends credibility. Most also deeply cared about our joining and healing. I met amazing staff and incredible people.Overall wonderful experience.videogames isaacvideogames isaac ★★★★★ Palmer Lake Recovery was an amazing experience. The curriculum was very helpful and the staff truly cared. Everyone is very nice. I was not sure what to expect but it met all my expectations and then some. I would highly recommend.Zane GrayZane Gray ★★★★★ Jo was a professional from start to finish. She was awesome to work with.dustin jamesdustin james ★★★★★ If you’re looking to just detox or a limited program then think about either going somewhere else or pour it all in. I was fortunate enough to decide the latter. I also am a VA patient and there are things to be said for how they “VA” track you, which was very upsetting but the curriculum can’t be touched if you do EMDR, I recommend Arno. Remember that you’re the driver of your sobriety, easy to say, but if you choose to go here, accept everything you’re given and push back and don’t be afraid to listen to others. Best wishes to anyone who cares about sobriety! I’d love to hear your journey.I’m not a fan of the new clinical director, he’s a corporate guy who has no knowledge of US.If you’re wanting to lean on the everyday staff and feel lost you’ll walk into someone who cares, do yourself a favor and open up, cry, and realize you’re not alone. Be your own rockstar!Rachelle McdermedRachelle Mcdermed ★★★★★ Everyone here is GREAT! The kitchen accommodated my diet (with a smile), the therapist really help you dig deep, and the culture is amazing! If you're struggling this place is a really great place!js_loader
