No recovery facility is perfect however, the setting in beautiful monument, Colorado, hikes, the labyrinth, the swimming pool, offsite activities. Keep you engaged in the real world all well finding your peace. I will be forever grateful to the team at the recovery village of Palmer Lake. Shout out to Arno, Dr. G., Janet, Melissa, Bill, David,, Cindy, Amanda, Dr. Rachael and the woman who truly runs things ha ha Danielle and many others too many to name. As I stated before, no place is perfect and the largest area for improvement is Cleanliness in common spaces. When I was ready to depart, they had to address this by hiring additional staff so I’m hoping it’s much better now. I am pretty particular and high maintenance regarding hotel stays and there’s nothing at Palmer lake that I couldn’t live with. I just advocated for myself and spoke up when there was something I needed done.
